Problem with bracket tournaments - what if a good option is paired up with an option that more people like, and then another pair has crappy options. You pass on a crap option while losing a good option.

Even if two "good" choices get paired together early it doesn't really matter. Majority vote will win in the end. Also there is no point in doing a bracket if it's majority vote. We did this last time we voted on the second server.

Last time we voted on a second server no one went to it.

People went to it. Just not that many. I don't really like Dark RP because the learning curve is greater, and it was kind of a pain to invest a  lot of time into something, just to have it disappear, despite having a duplicator.

TTT is successful because it is a game you can play, without having to learn frustrating commands, tools, etc. You also don't have any long term commitments, just a simple overall statistics menu.

Its all about replayability, I would have to say Hidden Source (Don't know if its been mentioned) or Jailbreak.
