- Added new tab menu functionality:
   - VIPs now appear a lovely shade of green
   - There is now a right click menu to get steam id and other useful information(Admins have a few extra goodies.)

- Weapon changes:
   - Buffed gas grenade to deal 10 damage per second instead of 5

- Added functionality:
   - Added Tommynator's damage log menu (accessible via F8)
   - Voice chat display upgraded(Yolo Swag DLC activated)

- Weapon changes:
   - Acquired a better tripmine for traitors
            -Shows a warning icon to traitors similar to the C4
            -Laser can be seen through walls by traitors to avoid accidents
            -Can be defused by the detective's defuser then shot to remove safely (laser is more visible when a defuser is in your inventory!)
            -Can be picked back up by the original planter
            -Your karma isn't affected by traitor buddies walking in to your S.L.A.M!
            -kills actually attribute to the planter.

   - ttt_epiccity

- Added new power to Modmins:
   - Force Spectator (to get rid of those annoying AFK's)
   - Force out of Spectator (dunno why you would need to though, may remove)
   - slaynr (can be queued but I will revoke admins who abuse this function.)
   - rslaynr (removes the queued slay)

For a while I was completely stumped on how to address the issue of prop killing, it was unreliable in the logs, it was hard to administrate and in terms of a weapon it was "OP". I wasn't thinking of it like a weapon though I was thinking of it as an exploit that had to be tolerated and when I was making balancing changes to the Mac10 and Deagle it dawned on me. I should treat it like a weapon and balance it accordingly, it's still there, it still damages but it no longer will instagib anyone, if I did the balancing right it should now achieve damages of 50-60 when thrown at full power. Personally I feel this is a win-win kinda scenario as those who like to dick around with props still can, "prop fights" will just last longer and it also discourages less "harmless" uses.

*What this essentially means is that gomba stomping deals less damage to the attacker whilst maintaining the same damage to the victim, this does NOT affect fall damage if you miss.
