- Finalised new looks:
   - Vote menu pics completed
   - UI look tweaked slightly

- Weapon addition:
   - Added AWP
      - Must be scoped to fire
      - Extremely loud (Duh)
      - 1 hit body shot unless armor has been bought (head shot always kills)
      - Slow fire rate and no quick scope


(once balanced TT #2 shall receive it (I should probably use TTT #2 for testing since it's less serious but it's empty more))

- Minor Fixes:
   - Fixed slight bug with tab right click positioning for non-Admins
   - End round map pictures are now purely online and will be downloaded when needed.

- Weapon changes:
   - Grenade base switched to Sir Penis' version (Thrown more precisely and now has a meter showing detonation time whilst cooking and more. )
   - Crowbar is now more likely to have it's hits register making crowbar a more viable weapon.

   -Decreased movement speed boost from 50% to 30%


- Gameplay changes:
   -Detectives now start with 2 credits
   -Minimum players required for Detective reduced to 6
   -Detectives will not spawn with a DNA scanner if there's less than 8 players (currently broken)

   -Fixed the Silenced M16 having no recoil whatsoever
   -Temporarily removed map ttt_construction_v3 due to Garry's Mod update which broke it and made it kick everyone out of the server when played

Flare Gun
   - Increased bullet damage from 7 to 15 (35 on headshot)
   - Increased rate of fire

Gas Grenade
   - Doubled damage output (and damage restored when not in gas)
   - Decreased detonation time by half
   - Shortened gas lifetime (90 seconds -> 60 seconds)
